SEATTLE — BXP owns two big downtown office towers: Madison Centre and Safeco Plaza. Both were purchased after the pandemic in separate deals worth about $1.2 billion. Last week came the announcement from BXP — formerly Boston Properties — that it has filled nearly 100,000 square feet in the two buildings.
The landlord describes the space as “high-quality, fully furnished office spec suites.”
