Seattle Samosa signs Remond lease

REDMOND — At the Redmond East office and industrial park, Lee & Associates represents the space for local owner Alco. At Building 14, at 6645 185th Ave. N.E., there's a new tenant: Seattle Samosa.

The latter's brokers were Kelly Gaddis and Mia Ponce at Kidder Mathews, which announced the deal. Seattle Samosa makes various Indian snacks and beverages. Founded four years ago by Vikas and Leena Tomar, the food company will have 9,410 square feet for its centralized production facility. Occupancy is expected late this year.
