At BelRed Station, Bridge and Su get the nod to develop hundreds of TOD units

The two sites are north and south of the tracks at BelRed Station.

Back in March, the city of Bellevue issued a request for proposals from apartment developers interested in its property at BelRed Station, as the DJC and others then reported. There are two sites on offer, north and south of the tracks. Ground leases are likely, with the goal of creating hundreds of units of both market-rate and affordable housing. Planning began several years ago.
