In $396M deal, Washington Holdings sells portfolio to Security Properties

    In a $396.1 million portfolio sale this week between two local shops, Washington Holdings has sold to Security Properties five apartment buildings with a stated 903 units. All are fairly new, all were developed by the seller, and all are trading for the first time. King County recorded the flurry of deals on Tuesday.
