In $225M deal at Esterra Park, Capstone sells Microsoft-leased offices to Preylock

One Esterra is the only office building on a campus where five were once planned.

In what is, these days, an extremely rare and successful office sale, the fairly new One Esterra Park building in Redmond changed hands this week in a $225 million transaction. The seller at 1550 N.E. Turing St. was One Esterra REIT LLC.
