Kent retail trades for over $9M

KENT — In two related deals, portions of a shopping center at 25246 and 25444 Pacific Hwy. S. sold last week for over $9.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was WL Kent LLC, which acquired the property in 2006 for $2.5 million, then later developed it.
