Renton townhouse site sells for $6M

By JOURNAL STAFF

RENTON — A vacant future townhouse site at 2905 N.E. 11th St. sold this week for $6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was an LLC associated with DevCo, which acquired the 1.3-acre property as part of its larger 2020 purchase of the old Hi-Lands Shopping Center. (That's now been replaced with the two east apartment buildings.)
