Koz has its TCO for 169 Uptown units, now leasing

The project totaled about 77,591 square feet.

Koz Development and builder Kirtley-Cole began work in the fall of 2023 at 300 W. Republican St. There, on the corner of Third Avenue West, the new eight-story, 169-unit Koz Uptown earned its temporary certificate of occupancy last week.
