With AI incubator upstairs, Pier 70 lands new tenant below

Replacing Uptown Espresso, the new coffee shop should be open in a few months.

The historic Pier 70 changed hands this past January, and Colliers represents the substantially empty offices at 2801 Alaskan Way. Those are on the second and third floors. Downstairs, it's all parking between the two restaurants: Aqua by El Gacho, at the pier's west end, and Pub 70 on the shore side.
