Alliance pays Plus over $9M for Totem Lake apartment site

The building, likely to get a new name, will look south to Totem Lake Park.

Four years ago, Plus Capital paid $8.5 million for the Totem Lake Hotel, at 12233 N.E. Totem Lake Way. With architect Carrier Johnson + Culture, it advanced an eight-story, 203-unit apartment project, dubbed Lake House.
