Redmond office trio trades for $40M

REDMOND — An office/industrial complex at 14500-14560 N.E. 87th St. sold this week for $40 million, according to King County records.

The seller was The GC Net Lease (Redmond) Investors LLC, associated with Peakstone Realty Trust, which acquired the three buildings in 2012 for $40 million. They were long associated with AT&T, which seems to have departed two of the three buildings.
