92 Kent units sell for over $19M

KENT — The ReNew Forest Creek apartments, at 24802 99th Place S., sold this week for $19.1 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Forest Creek Alliance Investments LLC, which acquired the property in 2014 for about $9 million.
