CBRE brokers $56M sale of 200 Puyallup units

Seller Auctus realized a gain of about 60% over a decade-long hold.

The Alderra apartments, at 13507 99th Ave. E. in Puyallup , sold this week for almost $56.5 million, according to Pierce County records. The seller was AC Springhaven Owner LLC, which under a different name acquired the property in 2016 for $35.3 million. That LLC was backed by an investment consortium led by Auctus Capital Partners, which realized an impressive gain of some 60% over nine years.
