Goodman sells 156 units for nearly $39M

SNOHOMISH COUNTY — The Tessera Apartments, at 1304 Bruskrud Road, last month for just under $38.8 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was GRE Brierwood LLC, associated with Goodman Real Estate, which acquired the property in 2012 for $11.8 million.
