Bellevue, Renton hotels sell for $42M

By JOURNAL STAFF

BELLEVUE — A Sonesta Select hotel at 14615 N.E. 29th Place sold last month as part of a larger deal worth $42 million, according to King County records.

The seller of that and a Renton Sonesta hotel was Service Properties Trust, which under a different name acquired the two properties 1995 and 2001 for about $21.7 million.
