GGLO and Hines keep plugging away on HoM District plan in Bellevue

The city of Bellevue recently approved the master development plan, which includes apartments, offices and retail. This view looks northwest from Main.

As you climb up the hill from East Main Station in Bellevue, headed west toward downtown, there's still a humble shopping center behind the old Sacred Heart Church. And that shopping center, aka Main Street Place, is still home to H Mart, Blazing Bagels and Office Depot. In the former Toys R Us building, a pop-up called Planet Bubble recently opened for children's birthday parties.
