First Look: 734 Redmond units planned at Overlake Village Station

On a sloping site, the two buildings will mostly present as eight-story structures.

At Overlake Village Station, as the DJC first reported last year, plans emerged from American Capital Group to raze an empty Microsoft building at 3050 152nd Ave. N.E., then put up new apartments. There's not yet been a land sale (CBRE is the broker), and there's no sign yet of a demolition permit.
