Daycare changes hands in Renton

RENTON — A childcare center building at 1225 Anacortes Ave. N.E. sold earlier this month for almost $2.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Beck Holdings LLC, which acquired the property in 2011 for nearly $1.9 million.
