New owner for West Seattle units

SEATTLE — A small apartment building at 8849 35th Ave. S.W. sold late last month for a bit over $2.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Nedra Apartments LLC, a family entity that acquired the property in 2005 for $1.1 million.
