Edmonds units find new hands

EDMONDS — A small apartment complex at 20901 76th Ave. W. recently sold for over $2.2 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was HC Goldpark LLC, a family group that acquired the property in 2017 for about $1.6 million.
