Amazon claims Redmond building

REDMOND — AT&T has gradually been reducing its footprint as an office tenant at Remond Town Center. The four-story Building 2, at 7277 164th Ave. N.E. , was vacated in late 2023 or early 2024. CBRE then attempted to fill the space, as the DJC then reported.

Broderick Group evidently took over the listing for those 76,889 square feet, with Grant Yerke and Matt Schreck leading the effort. And in Broderick's recent third-quarter office report for the Eastside, it says that Amazon has claimed the building.
