Six-story condo planned on Alki

SEATTLE — The land at 1370 Alki Ave. S.W. sold three years ago to an Eastside investor doing business as Yellow River Real Estate LLC. Now comes the redevelopment plan, to replace three old houses, from MZA Architecture.

A six-story building is proposed, with only 19 units. All would be large, with 35 bedrooms indicated for the entire project. Structured and underground parking would have 38 stalls (two per unit). That math almost certainly indicates condos, not rentals, for a view property facing west to Elliott Bay.
