Former Staples big box becomes Lynnwood medical clinic

Emerus was the design/build specialist that converted the big box to medical use.

As the DJC reported three years ago, an empty Staples store at 3011 196th St. S.E. in Lynnwood ended up in the hands of the nonprofit Centurion Foundation, with a plan in place to lease it back to MultiCare Health System. (The building and land are separately owned.)
