Medical property in Puyallup sells for $16M

By JOURNAL STAFF

PUYALLUP — A nursing and rehab center at 516 23rd Ave. S.E. sold earlier this month for $16 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Puyallup Devco LLC, which acquired a church property in 2006 for $1.5 million. Demolition and new construction then followed.
