Automotive property sells for $8M

By JOURNAL STAFF

GRAHAM, Pierce County — A commercial property at 21421 Meridian Ave. E. sold earlier this month for $8 million, according to Pierce County records.

The seller was Lone Star Properties LLC, which had owned the property for decades. It seems to be home to an automotive or truck business known as Copart.
