Absher tops out on DESC's Birch Grove in Lake City

The Downtown Emergency Service Center hopes to begin leasing come January.

On behalf of the Downtown Emergency Service Center, Absher Construction began work in February on a Lake City supportive housing project now known as Birch Grove.
