Demo looms for Ballard U-Haul

SEATTLE — A new self-storage and truck-rental facility is planned for the Ballard U-Haul property, at 1119 N.W. Leary Way.

The master use permit came this summer, as the DJC then reported. Now there's an early demolition plan, filed this week, for the existing old building.
