Home to Third Place Books changes hands, as part of $625 million portfolio sale

MGP also sold Alderwood Plaza, but the price hasn’t yet been recorded.

Town Center at Lake Forest Park, at 17171 Bothell Way N.E., sold this week for $48 million, according to King County records.
