Bellevue taps Bellwether for Wilburton TOD site

    Back in March, the city of Bellevue put out three requests for proposals to apartment developers for land it owns along Sound Transit's 2 Line. At BelRed Station, Bridge Housing and Su Development were selected in September for a pair of sites there. We'll eventually see 500 units, or more, of mixed-income housing at that station.
