Anyone wanna buy the Hotel 1000?

The hotel and condos opened at First and Madison in 2006.

Downtown's Hotel 1000 sold four years back to an investor group led by Lighthouse Investments of Los Angeles. The 120-room hotel occupies the lower levels of the 24-story tower at 1000 First Ave., on the corner of Madison Street. Above is the separate Madison Tower condominium, with its 47 individual owners.
