BURIEN — In the anticipated second step of a two-part deal, original developer Panattoni has sold the Seattle Gateway Center 2 building to LaSalle Investment Management.
That $20.9 million deal, at 1021 S 146th St., came two days after the Gateway Center 1 sale between the same two parties, which the DJC reported last week.
