Lynnwood strip mall sells for over $13M

LYNNWOOD — A retail complex at 3625 148th St. S.W. sold earlier this month for $13.7 million, according to Snohomish County records.

The seller was Lake Serene Shopping Center LLC, which acquired the property in 2014 for $12.5 million.
