Housing site in Kent sells for over $8M

By JOURNAL STAFF

KENT — A future development site at 22007 116th Ave. S.E. sold last week for $8.1 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Prospect Land Holdings LLC, associated with residential builder RM Homes, which purchased a former church property last year for $3 million. The plan then was to subdivide it into building sites for townhouses or single-family homes.
