La Hacienda finds new hands

Hot Cakes Ballard added the outdoor dining shed during the pandemic.

An adorable little Spanish mission-style building at 5425 Ballard Ave. N.W. sold last week for a bit over $3.9 million, according to King County records. The seller was Hacienda in Ballard LLC, which acquired the property in 2014 for not quite $3.3 million.
