The Redmond store, at 17667 N.E. 76th St., is about a 17-minute walk west to Downtown Redmond Station.

After the Albertsons-Kroger merger was nixed last December by state and federal authorities, the inevitable wave of store closures began. (Albertsons owns Safeway, while Kroger owns QFC and Fred Meyer.)
