Pieces of Moses Lake Commerce Center could be yours to build or lease

Permits are in place, so an investor or user could potentially complete any number of the remaining buildings.

East of the airport, the ongoing Moses Lake Commerce Center could eventually total some 800,000 square feet. Already built and leased are two buildings, of a possible 10, from developer and lead investor Third Security LLC, of Virginia. Cushman & Wakefield announced the initial leasing effort in late 2022.
