Student housing slated for Lynnwood

The site is a few steps east of campus.

Right next to Edmonds College, in Lynnwood, a private group is planning a student-housing project at 20305 68th Ave. W. To be replaced is a vacant old house. Then to rise is a four-story, 34-unit building. Underground and structured parking would have 62 or 69 stalls, and 2,713 square feet of commercial space is also proposed.
