The new hybrid 1 Yesler, with a terrace atop the triangular west building, would total about 14,670 square feet.

Everybody in Pioneer Square loves the triangular little 1 Yesler Way building. Its prominent perch faces Alaskan Way and the turn lanes to the ferry terminal. DJC readers first learned of the proposed addition scheme two years ago, and that plan has been slowly marching through review by the Pioneer Square Preservation District Board.
