15 Greenwood units underway

SEATTLE — Following the demolition last year of a vacant old house, at 7811 Greenwood Ave. N., that bare property sold this spring to a local investor. Then, after that $1 million deal, developer Blueprint capital supplied a small construction loan for a four-story, 15-unit infill project now underway.

The DJC first noted the plan two years ago. The construction permit was issued this summer for a midblock site offering just 4,730 square feet. The building is to have no parking, but there will be 16 bike stalls.
