Westbank out, as lenders take the keys at 1200 Stewart

The two-tower Denny Triangle endeavor still hasn’t reached the finish line.

Back in 2018, developer Westbank and Graham Construction began work on two 48-story apartment towers at 1200 Stewart St., for a project subsequently dubbed WB1200. Seven years later, the Denny Triangle endeavor still hasn't reached the finish line, and Westbank no longer owns the project.
