Kirkland warehouse trades for nearly $9M

KIRKLAND — An industrial property at 11011 120th Ave. N.E. sold last week for a little over $8.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Nicola 11011 Kirkland LP, associated with Nicola Wealth of Vancouver, B.C., which acquired the property in 2021 for almost $8.3 million.
