Overlake office demo to yield 172-unit townhouse community

The two-building Overlake 520 office park last traded five years ago for $63 million to Innovatus Capital Partners, of New York. Since then, small Class B office buildings in Kirkland, Bellevue and along I-90 are increasingly being razed for townhouses.
