Edge and El Centro start on 70 affordable units on Beacon Hill, with boost from Amazon

Numbers have changed a bit for an affordable housing project on Beacon Hill, at 2531 16th Ave. S. El Centro de la Raza is working with Edge Developers on the seven-story effort, which an Edge affiliate is now building.
