Fremont marina sells for $3M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — A small marina at 1115 N. Northlake Way sold this week for $3 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Ocean Alexander Marine Center, a family business that acquired the property in 1991 for about $1.4 million.
