AutoZone buys OfficeMax building

SEATTLE — The Ballard OfficeMax, at 1135 Leary Way N.W. , sold this week for $7.8 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Ballard Associates LLC, which had long owned the land before developing the building in 1996.
