Astro Hotel still happening in Uptown

Apartments are still being leased in the well-maintained building, though the retail has been harder to fill.

In early 2023, as the DJC first reported, SRM Development filed a proposal to convert its Astro apartments to a hotel. The 211-unit Astro, at 315 First Ave. N., sits directly west of Climate Pledge Arena, in Lower Queen Anne.
