Urban Visions pays $4M for Selig site

The deal includes a two-level parking garage on the corner of Virginia Street, and the small, vacant three-story Heiden Building.

SEATTLE — Eventually bound for redevelopment, a Belltown corner at 1931 Third Ave. sold this week for $4.3 million, according to King County records.
