46 Lacey units trade for $13M

LACEY, Thurston County — A townhouse complex at 6802-6853 Fifth Court S.E. recently sold for around $13 million, according to Colliers, which announced the sale.

Original developer Jackson Homes was the seller. The buyer was Glencrest Group, of San Francisco.
