Grant County units in new hands

QUINCY, Grant County — Kidder Mathews announced last week that its Max Frame successfully sold a 20-unit apartment complex on behalf of its owner.

The townhouse complex at 420-522 F St. N.E. traded for over $3.6 million. Buyer and seller weren't named. The deal was worth about $181,250 per unit.
