Kent industrial sells for over $3M

KENT — An industrial property at 848 Third Ave. S. sold this week for a bit over $3.6 million, according to King County records.

The seller was Penington Painting Company LLC, which acquired the property in 2015 for not quite $1.5 million. Penington is based in Arizona.
